         ENCINAL VOTER RESULTS

   ENCINAL--John Harvey was elected as the new mayor of Encinal Saturday.
   This is the first political venture for the 38-year old Encinal native who is the father of two.
   Harvey is a former CBS/Columbia Recording Artist and is currently active as a songwriter and song-publisher.  He says he will "Work to better the city's facilities and living conditions in order for its citizens to partake of the same benefits that other cities of similar size enjoy thoughtout the United States."
   One of Harvey's primary concerns is that of "establishing better communication and understanding between the city government and the people of Encinal."
   The mayor and members of the city council all ran unopposed.  The city council of Encinal consists of:  Samuel Bromley, Helen Clapp, Agapito Delgado, Patricia Esparza, Julia Maldonado and Alberto Ochoa.
