MAYOR AND
MUNICIPAL JUDGE
In 1984, John was elected the third Mayor of Encinal, Texas. He later became the Municipal Judge. John, the Mayor Pro Tem, Beto Ochoa, Arcenio "Bebe Rey" Garcia and the other city council members tried to make improvements for the little town.
