STORIES

Over the years, John would tell stories about growing up in Texas.  Stories about his Grandfather, about his life in the small town of Encinal, in South Texas,   about the people, the music, becoming the Mayor and Municipal Judge, the unusual events that happened because of living in this ranch community.  Who else could see what he saw, who else could tell these stories as he did.

We taped his stories.  I have edited them but have maintained the feel, as much as possible, as he talked them out.
